This is just like any other Latin place: When you come in you know exactly who the regulars are, you see the abundance in food and your looking around trying to get someone to help you. Once you get someone, you can order something and receive it quickly. The food is great and it's pretty cheap for the amount of food you get to eat. I got to wash my car in the meantime down their parking lot. The club sandwich was delicious with fresh meats and toasted bread.
My favorite cuban place near my house, the customer service is amazing ... my fav meal is the tortilla with ham and potatoes... and the cafecito is fire!!
I ended up here trying to stall for time before heading to the airport. This was also my last dying attempt to get some real authentic Cuban food. And I have to say it was a good choice. I agree with the other reviewer (Jennifer) that their coffee is the best! It's served separately, like sweetened milk and espresso. And mixed together...it was like melted candy going down :) The orange juice was freshly squeezed. The Cuban sandwich was also good, both ham and shredded pork with everything else that's suppose to come on it. And the omelette (tortilla) was good. Not over the top but as expected. As compared to those Miami Beach over priced places, this was the best buy yet.
So this place is my all time favorite . I work 5 minutes away and discovered this place ! They have the best coffee and coltadito (milk and coffe) and the people that work there are amazing ! I come here every morning ! Literally ! I first starting eating there for lunch 3 weeks ago and you can order from the menu or they have a variety of good food that's already ready for you . It's like 7 a plate (not bad!) Ropa veija is so tasty
My food came quick and it was standard quality latin value grub. Bistec con huevos y media colada. $5.95. Steak was lemon-limey.. limoney. Server was so sweet. TV shows the news en espanol. You can sit down and be served, or pick up a tray and get your food cafeteria style. Con: A little salty. Place could be more well maintained as a whole. Pro: They do the coffee right. Sweetheart service. Good value.
